Questions about reselling
How much do I charge my clients?
You set the price entirely. You only pay us the reseller plan fee; what you charge your clients is yours.
Will my clients see your brand?
No. Our signature does not appear on the client pages of reseller accounts; the company name and website you enter in Reseller Settings are shown.
What happens when I reach my client limit?
You cannot add new clients, but existing ones keep working. Move to a higher reseller plan to raise your limit.
What can I do about a client who doesn't pay?
Freeze the client with one click. Their pages are not deleted; visitors see the notice page you prepared. Unfreeze with one click once paid.
Can I turn my existing account into a reseller account?
Yes. Log in and buy a reseller plan; your account becomes a reseller account and your existing pages stay in place.
